Taroko National Park Phenology

Just a quick little peak into a newly acquired gig doing phenological monitoring in Taroko National Park, mostly on oaks and cherry trees. Fortnightly tree observation from the park gates to the (almost) alpine, spread over two days. Here are some pics of the first trip last week.

Above Left: View looking down on Tienxiang, our home away from home most weekends.
Above Right: The view of HeHuan from the hostel I stayed in. A nice morning view!

Taiwan, as always, has something new and exciting to share. Enjoy!
